Using Fitrigo

Fitrigo provides workout, nutrition and progress-tracking tools for members and personal trainers. You must provide accurate account details and keep your sign-in secure.

Health disclaimer

Fitrigo is not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise or diet program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or are injured. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Nutrition values and household measures (bowl, katori, cup) are estimates.

Fitrigo Plus

• Plus is a subscription billed monthly, every 3 months or yearly, and renews automatically until you cancel.
• Each account can use one free trial. Cancel any time; you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
• Plus is included at no charge while you are an active client of a Fitrigo trainer.
• Payments already made are not refunded, except where required by law or by app store policy.

Trainers

• Trainers pay a yearly platform subscription and a monthly fee per client based on the client’s service plan. The subscription covers 12 months; if it isn’t renewed, dashboard access pauses until it is (clients keep app access for periods already paid). Multi-month prepayments receive the advertised discount.
• Plan upgrades are charged for the remaining days of the current period. Downgrades take effect immediately, with no refund.
• Trainers are responsible for the programs and advice they give their clients, and must have their clients’ consent to manage their data.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, upload content you don’t have rights to, harass other users, or try to access data that isn’t yours. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
