What we collect
- Account details from Google sign-in: name, email address and profile photo.
- Profile details you choose to add: phone, date of birth, gender, height, weight and fitness goal.
- Fitness data you create: workouts and sets logged, food logs, weight entries, progress photos and daily step counts.
- Messages you send through chat and support tickets.
- Device push-notification tokens, so we can send reminders and messages.
- Payment records (amount, plan and date). Card and UPI details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by Fitrigo.
How we use it
- To run the app: show your plan, calculate nutrition and track progress.
- To share your training data with the trainer who manages you — and only that trainer.
- To send notifications you can control, such as workout reminders and messages.
- To provide support and keep the service secure.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who can see your data
Your trainer can see your profile, workouts, food logs, weight, progress photos and steps while you are their client. Fitrigo administrators can access data to provide support and run the service. Photos and files are stored with our cloud storage provider.
Your choices
- Edit your profile at any time in the app.
- Delete individual weight entries, food logs and photos.
- Ask us to export or delete your account by emailing hello@fitrigo.com.
